Use Amadeus GDS expertise as a remote Air Agent with Serefin Experiences, handling airline tickets, booking changes, and customer communications.
This full-time Air Agent serves as a GDS specialist for customers and business partners. You will present itineraries, process amendments and cancellations, manage queues, and provide service through voice, email, and web chat. The position supports travel requirements while meeting service targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor GDS queues and manage booking workflows
- Issue, exchange, and refund airline tickets
- Handle booking changes and resolve failed bookings
- Explain travel documents, restrictions, and destination guidance
- Provide tours and hotel information to internal clients
- Minimum three years working in the travel industry
- Extensive ticketing knowledge and Amadeus GDS expertise
- Required TICO or Quebec OPC certification
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong written, verbal, organizational, and multitasking skills
