• Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in an e-commerce or online retail setting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a remote customer service team.

• Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in using customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom) and CRM systems.
• Ability to analyze customer service data and implement data-driven improvements.
