Our client is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Client Support Agent to join their remote team, serving clients from the Upington region and across the country. This role is critical in ensuring that all client interactions are handled with the utmost care and efficiency, contributing to a positive and reliable customer experience. You will be an integral part of a virtual team, focused on resolving issues and providing support that builds lasting client relationships, all while enjoying the flexibility of a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective customer support via phone, email, and chat to address client inquiries and issues.
- Diagnose and resolve client problems, escalating complex cases to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate client records, logging all interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the designated system.
- Educate clients on product usage, features, and best practices to enhance their experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and contribute to service enhancement initiatives.
- Follow company protocols and service level agreements to ensure consistent quality of support.
- A minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent qualification; further education or certifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in a customer support or helpdesk role is required.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and common software applications; experience with CRM software is beneficial.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.
