Customer Support Officer - Service Delivery

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with resolved issues.

• Adhere to all company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Proactively communicate any potential delays or issues to customers.

• Proven experience in a customer support or service delivery role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
• Familiarity with the operational context of Nelspruit, Mpumalanga is advantageous.
