Remote Customer Support Associate - Tier 1

• Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 support or other relevant departments as per established procedures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting common issues and solutions.
• Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer support process.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments in a remote setting.

• Previous experience in a customer service or support role is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and friendly tone.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers, navigating software applications, and learning new technologies quickly.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain productivity in a remote environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education or a relevant certification is a plus.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
• Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
