Schedule:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, one 9-hour shift anywhere between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM Eastern Time. Please only apply if you're available for this schedule.

Veta Virtual is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our own fast-growing call center team. You'll be the friendly, professional voice of the businesses we support — answering their calls with warmth, energy, and polish, so every caller feels valued and heard. If you're outgoing, positive, and love making people's day better over the phone, this role was made for you.

• Managing inbound calls professionally for a diverse range of businesses and professionals — becoming the trusted voice of each client.
• Addressing callers' needs with empathy and professionalism, taking accurate messages and delivering them promptly.
• Booking appointments with user-friendly scheduling tools and transferring calls efficiently, following established protocols.
• Building strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique requirements and adapting your approach to each business.
• Collaborating with the team to continuously improve service quality — and keeping the energy up while you do it.

• 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar role, such as customer service, call center, or phone-based support.
• Exceptional communication skills with a strong command of English, written and spoken.
• An outgoing, energetic, and positive personality, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to excellence.
• Quick learning ability and familiarity with AI tools.
• A minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.
• A quiet work environment, reliable equipment, and a stable internet connection.
• Availability for a 9-hour shift between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday.
• To be considered for this role, you must be currently based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe.
