Provide polished phone support remotely for Veta Virtual, using empathy and strong English communication during scheduled Eastern Time shifts.
Veta Virtual is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its call center team. You will represent diverse businesses and professionals by answering inbound calls, understanding caller needs, and delivering accurate messages. The work also includes appointments, call transfers, and client-focused communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage inbound calls professionally for diverse businesses
- Address caller needs with empathy and professionalism
- Take accurate messages and deliver them promptly
- Book appointments using scheduling tools
- Transfer calls efficiently while following established protocols
- Two to three years of similar experience
- Exceptional spoken and written English communication
- Outgoing, energetic, positive, responsible personality
- Quick learning ability and familiarity with AI tools
- Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
