Dutch & English Customer Support Representative - Greece

• Position: Customer Support Representative (Dutch & English)
• Location: Remote (Based in Athens, Greece)
• Work Model: 100% Remote in Greece
• Schedule: Monday to Sunday (Shifts scheduled between 08:00 and 00:00)
• Compensation: €1,500 Gross per month

• Financial Assistance: Up to €300 initial relocation support for candidates moving from abroad.
• Accommodation Support:
  • 3 weeks of hotel accommodation near the office upon arrival.
  • For Dutch-speaking candidates moving from outside Athens, accommodation is provided for the duration of your training before transitioning to remote work.
  • Case-by-case relocation assistance available for candidates residing in Greece without home office setups.
• Administrative Assistance: Full legal support to help you process all necessary hiring and work documents.

• Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in both Dutch and English.
• Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in a professional manner.
• Work flexibly within rotational shift schedules between 08:00 and 00:00, Monday through Sunday.
