Remote Call Center Agent

Manpower is looking for multiple call center agentto work remotely, you can be any city in Canada.

• $17.00per hour, plus 4% vacation pay
• Work from comfortable home
• Operational hour:
  Monday to Sunday 8am to 8pm central time
• Paid weekly, every Friday
• 35- 37hours a week
• Must be available in evenings and weekends
• Temporary for 3month till project end.

• Make outbound calls to potential voters, supporters, and donors.
• Provide information about the policies, initiatives, and events.
• Answer questions and address concerns from the public.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback.
• Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to improve outreach strategies.

• Education equivalent to a High School diploma/GED.
• Able to type 35 words per minutes with 95% accuracy
• Two years prior call center experience preferred.
• Must have the ability to work a flexible work schedule (including nights, weekends and holidays).
• Ability to interpret complex KPIs and relate them to qualitative findings
• Experience with contact center software
• Requires a positive attitude, the ability to work independently or as part of a team and have a genuine interest in people and desire to help.
• Legally to work in Canada without restriction
• Able to complete backcheck

• Personal computer or laptop. (We Do Not Support Mac Computers)
• Windows 10
• 8.00 GB of RAM
• 64-bit operating system
