We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

Currently we are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Operator
. As a Customer Support Operator, you will play a crucial role in supporting customer inquiries.

Working schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 - 16:30 (GMT+3).

• Answer customer inquiries via live chats and emails (no calls);

• Provide accurate information about the products of the company;

• Resolve cases in timely and professional manner;

• Achieve quality and productivity targets set by the manager;

• Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

• Fluency in Arabic, French, and English languages both written and verbal;

• Previous experience on a similar position would be considered as an advantage;

• Customer focus personality;

• Great communication and analytical skills.
