Support customers remotely for Tiger Tel using inbound service skills, with a set weekend schedule and no outgoing calls or sales. Work from home across Canada.
As an Inbound Customer Service Agent, you will assist commercial businesses and medical offices across the United States and Canada. The schedule covers Saturday and Sunday, either 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm. The work focuses on customer service, technical problem-solving, and phone communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist commercial businesses and medical offices
- Provide inbound customer service by phone
- Handle customer needs without outgoing calls
- Support callers across the United States and Canada
- Maintain a clear, audible phone presence
- Availability for Saturday and Sunday shifts
- Windows 10 or higher PC or laptop
- Wired USB headset and high-speed internet
- Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
- French and English bilingual skills are valued
