Zions Bank is seeking a Call Center Service Representative for a 100% remote role in Idaho. The position starts at $17.00 per hour with a Spanish bilingual premium of $0.75 after training and a 13-week online training program from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm MDT.
During training you must attend 100% of the sessions; after success there are cross-training opportunities and milestone bonuses up to $1,500. You will use multiple banking systems to assist customers with inbound calls.
