In this role, you will be integral in ensuring our Spanish-speaking customers receive excellent support and guidance while engaging with our marketplace.

• Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via telephony, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with navigating the marketplace, helping them with inquiries about products, prices, and order processes.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints, aiming for prompt and effective resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference.
• Work closely with various departments to relay customer feedback to drive improvements in service and product offerings.
• Ensure you stay updated on marketplace policies, procedures, and promotions to inform customers accurately.
• Engage in team training sessions and contribute to collaborative problem-solving strategies.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
• Ability to handle queries and solve problems with a strong customer focus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using digital communication tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
