Work from home for Camis as a Reservation Agent, using communication skills and multiple systems to support park bookings. Manitoba residents only.
This contract, part-time role provides customer service experience through reservation and account support. You will answer questions, guide customers through bookings, and resolve issues accurately. The position runs January 7 through October 31, 2027, with flexible scheduling based on call volumes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with reservations and account inquiries
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Navigate multiple systems while supporting callers
- Resolve questions efficiently and accurately
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfort using computers and learning new software
- Friendly, professional, and dependable approach
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Support Camis callers from home with reservation assistance, accurate problem-solving, and dependable customer service throughout the contract.
