Fondée au Québec en 1998, GEXEL recherche une personne capable de répondre aux appels entrants avec professionnalisme. Vous bâtirez une relation de confiance, proposerez les bons produits et services, puis collaborerez avec votre équipe. Le poste demande diplomatie, empathie et aisance informatique.
Responsabilités clés:- Répondre professionnellement aux appels entrants des clients
- Bâtir une relation de confiance avec chaque client
- Offrir un service client exceptionnel
- Proposer produits et services selon les besoins exprimés
- Collaborer avec l’équipe pour atteindre les objectifs
- Maîtrise impeccable du français oral et écrit
- Diplomatie, écoute et dynamisme
- Bonne aisance avec les outils informatiques
- Connexion Internet stable d’au moins 30 Mb/s
- Disponibilité du lundi au dimanche, de 7h30 à 21h30
