• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately within company systems
• Provide product information and guidance to help customers make informed purchasing decisions

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
