Support Auctria users remotely with customer service and troubleshooting skills while working evenings and weekends in Canada’s Pacific time zone. Help nonprofits run successful fundraising events.
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will guide grassroots fundraisers and national nonprofits using Auctria’s fundraising event platform. The role includes email, chat, and occasional call support, plus issue resolution and internal process improvement. You will collaborate with a fully remote team.
Key Responsibilities:- Support users through email, chat, and occasional calls
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues professionally
- Guide nonprofit users during fundraising events
- Improve internal processes with the remote team
- Customer support experience through email, chat, or Zoom
- Strong communication skills and technical confidence
- Comfort with Excel and basic web design
- Remote work experience and self-starter mentality
- Canadian work eligibility and fluent English
