Work from home nationwide in the US as a Product Tester, documenting product use and sharing detailed feedback through scheduled activities.
Online Consumer Panels America conducts In-Home Usage Testing for companies and market research firms. This entry-level work requires following instructions, documenting tests, and submitting reviews. Participants may use computers, smartphones, cameras, online feedback, and private chat rooms during projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Document tests using screenshots, recordings, videos, or journals
- Care for tested products and use them responsibly
- Follow each project’s In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule
- Write requested reviews and complete online feedback
- Participate in private research chat rooms when required
- Follow specific instructions and maintain excellent attention to detail
- Work 15–25 hours weekly and commit to routines
- Access a computer and reliable internet connection
- Use a digital camera or camera-equipped cell phone
- Be honest, reliable, communicative, curious, and at least 18
