Voltus Customer Success Associate; Remote

Voltus wants a Customer Success Associate to onboard energy customers. Only open to applicants who can work from the United States or Canada. Base salary is $70,000 to $74,000.

This role is only open to applicants who live and are authorized to work in the United States or Canada. Voltus does not sponsor visas.

Factories and warehouses earn cash by cutting power use when the grid is tight, but first someone has to get each site connected and ready. The Customer Success Associate owns that journey from signed contract to a live site.

Voltus runs demand response programs that let commercial and industrial customers earn money from the flexibility of their operations in energy markets. The company is all remote.

• Run onboarding projects end to end and keep every site's status current, with a goal of getting sites live in under 100 days
• Work with site contacts and operations leads on curtailment plans, documents and installation
• Hand work cleanly between Sales, Field Engineering, Market Operations and Dispatch Operations
• Support customers through dispatch events and follow up when a site under performs
• Spot sticking points in onboarding and improve templates and handoffs

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role such as customer success, onboarding, implementation, account management or project management
• A record of owning projects with many moving parts and stakeholders
• Comfort setting honest expectations with customers
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM, plus Google Workspace and Excel
• Real interest in the energy transition

• A base salary of $70,000 to $74,000 a year
