Remote Travel Consultant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Travel Consultant to specialize in Sandals and Beaches Resorts vacations. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to clients, guiding them through the planning and booking process for their dream vacations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and needs.
• Providing expert advice on Sandals and Beaches Resorts offerings, including accommodations, dining options, and activities.
• Creating personalized travel itineraries that encompass clients’ desires and ensure memorable experiences.
• Managing all aspects of the booking process, including reservations, payments, and special requests.
• Staying up-to-date with promotions, packages, and new offerings from Sandals and Beaches Resorts to provide clients with the best options.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Handling any issues or concerns that may arise before, during, or after the trip to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborating with team members to share insights and strategies for improving service and sales.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for travel, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Experience in the travel industry, particularly with Sandals and Beaches Resorts, is highly desirable.
