What Youll Be Doing
Assist French-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email with empathy and professionalism
Help solve technical and service issues with comprehensive training provided

Keep accurate records to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Who You Are
French (C2) and confident in English (B2+)
Curious, motivated, and eager to learn
Ready to live anywhere in Greece (remote allowed within the country)
Strong communicator with a positive attitude
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
