Support AMA members by phone from home, using careful listening and communication skills during stressful roadside situations. Flexible availability is required.
As a Member Service Representative, you will support AMA’s 24/7 Roadside Assistance team. You will become an early contact for members requesting help, manage high-volume inbound calls, and record information accurately. The work requires a calm, friendly approach and careful questioning.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to high-volume inbound roadside assistance calls
- Act as an initial member contact during roadside situations
- Record member information thoroughly and correctly
- Identify call locations accurately
- Support members with warmth and friendliness
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Availability for at least 16 hours weekly
- Availability across four days, including one weekend day
- Private home office with stable high-speed internet
- Smartphone and successful Canadian Criminal Record Check
