Customer Service Representative

Media Plus LLC opened a Customer Service Representative position because our Kearney customers are buying faster than our team can keep up. With ownership, a $61,000 - $84,000 salary, and 5 years of Leadership to draw on, you'll do your best work at Media Plus LLC.

• Chase down warm referrals before competitors in Kearney get the call
• Build the Leadership report leadership checks before the NE review
• Craft compelling messaging tailored to sales marketing buyers and decision-makers
• Negotiate pricing and close deals that meet or exceed quarterly quotas
• Design landing pages and conversion funnels that turn traffic into customers

• Storytelling instincts that turn data into a decision
• Comfort being accountable for a trust-based outcome in a hybrid role
• Working knowledge of Leadership alongside transferable Customer Journey Mapping chops
• Adaptability and resilience when facing shifting requirements
• A NE work history, or strong reasons you'll thrive here anyway
• Written communication clear enough to survive a forwarded email chain

Media Plus LLC keeps sales marketing systems running for clients who never think about them, which is the no-ego Kearney, NE point. We onboard you to the sales marketing mission first and the Work Ethic tooling second, in that order.

With $61,000 - $84,000 as the anchor, expect mentorship, a benefits package worth bragging about, and the latitude to work remote-first.

The search is live, the seat is funded, and we are interviewing this week.

We welcome applications from driven professionals ready to make an impact.
