Client Support Specialist; Fully Remote

• You will answer client questions and resolve or escalate issues with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency.
• You'll master Clear Gov's products and help create Support Center content.

• Provide first-line support across phone, email, chat, and remote Zoom sessions.
• Manage complaints, partner cross-functionally, and coordinate escalations.
• Support content creation based on ongoing support trends.
