GTSC is hiring experienced online call center customer service representatives to support the Veterans Experience Office at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. This is a 100% virtual role, but your residence must be within 60 minutes of a VA facility for training and occasional visits.
A REAL acceptable alternative is required to enter federal facilities. You will help Veterans in potentially stressful situations by connecting them to the right resources.
