Mongoose is seeking a Customer Success Manager to partner with higher education institutions, guiding onboarding, adoption, and ongoing value from our Conversation Intelligence Platform.
You will monitor engagement, conduct quarterly reviews, and collaborate with Account Managers, Product, Support, and Marketing to translate data into strategic actions that drive measurable outcomes across the customer lifecycle. This is a fully remote role serving the Midwest territory.
