Remote Customer Service Representative

Support Allegion Canada customers remotely from Ontario through phone and email, using professional communication and problem-solving skills during weekday business hours.

This Customer Experience Representative serves external and key customers while coordinating with sales, operations, marketing, IT, and finance. The position resolves inquiries about products, orders, pricing, policies, and programs. It also maintains customer records, supports warranty administration, and contributes to accurate account management.

• Resolve customer inquiries about availability, fulfillment, pricing, and policies
• Administer warranty credits, replacements, and return authorizations
• Edit and update customer orders accurately in business systems
• Coordinate internal departments to resolve customer issues
• Gather information for measurement, analysis, and reporting

• Minimum two years of related customer service or industry experience
• Professional, positive, and courteous communication with customers and employees
• Ability to explain solutions clearly and effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication with problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and manufacturing operating systems
