Client & Operations Lead; Remote

No Sweat Services is seeking a self-motivated, results-driven Client Experience & Operations Lead to join our team. This contract role is designed for autonomous professionals who thrive in a self-directed environment and take full ownership of client workflows.

In this role, you will manage end-to-end guest logistics, oversee vendor communications, and serve as an operational lead for custom hospitality and travel arrangements. Applicant Requirement:
This is a US-based independent contract position. Applicants must currently reside and be authorized to operate in the United States.

• Account & Workflow Ownership:
  Manage client accounts independently, taking full responsibility for processing travel specifications, itinerary development, and CRM data accuracy.
• Proactive Vendor Relations:
  Communicate directly with resort leads, hotel managers, and transport providers to confirm logistics, secure client preferences, and build reliable supplier networks.
• Problem Resolution:
  Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, using critical thinking and swift decision-making to resolve scheduling changes or travel modifications.
• Itinerary & Quality Control:
  Draft, review, and issue accurate travel itineraries, verifying booking details and supporting documentation.
• Operational Excellence:
  Maintain high standards of communication, client care, and administrative precision across all accounts.

Required:

• US Residency:
  Must currently reside and operate within the United States.
• Self-Motivation & Independence:
  Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality results without direct supervision.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Comfort navigating cloud-based platforms, CRM software, email systems, and tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Professional Communication:
  Excellent written English and a strong telephone demeanor when engaging with enterprise partners and clients.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Background in virtual assistance, client account management, administrative support, or travel/hospitality logistics.
• Experience operating as an independent contractor or remote professional.
