Remote Customer Experience Representative

Deliver customer support remotely from Ontario using order management and problem-solving skills to resolve inquiries and maintain strong relationships.

This Customer Experience Representative role requires at least two years of relevant customer service experience. You will manage customer communication, order updates, warranty administration, and product information. The position supports key customers while coordinating with sales, operations, marketing, IT, and finance. Accurate reporting and account management help maintain consistent service.

• Resolve customer inquiries about availability, pricing, orders, and policies
• Enter, edit, and update customer orders accurately
• Administer warranty credits, replacements, and return authorizations
• Coordinate customer issues with internal departments
• Monitor service performance against established expectations

• At least two years of relevant customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and time management abilities
• Microsoft Office and business systems working knowledge
• Availability remotely from Ontario, Monday through Friday
