Premier Reservation Manager

Work with VIP clients:

• Receiving and processing requests for booking hotels, other accommodation facilities, transport services, excursions around the world;
• Formation of a commercial offer to the client;
• Searching and booking of accommodation options, additional services, according to the request;
• Negotiation of the cost, conditions of cancellation, booking and payment with hotels directly and suppliers;
• Support in all cases arising from the completed booking (cancellation, changes, relocation, etc.)

• English Proficiency: Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written).
• Russian Proficiency: Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written).
• Soft Skills: Kindness, empathy, stress-resistance, politeness, and responsibility.
• Quick Learner: Ability to learn quickly and stay results-focused.
• Travel Knowledge: Experience in tourism, concierge agency, TMC, DMC or tour operator companies.
• Knowledge of the bases of hotels in Russian Federation and popular destinations: countries in Europe, Asia.
• Tech Requirements: A functioning computer and microphone.

  2 days-on after 2-days off from from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. GMT +3.
