Serve Canadian travelers remotely in French and English, using empathy and critical thinking to answer questions and resolve travel insurance needs.
Insight Global’s travel insurance client seeks a Customer Service Representative for phone and email support. You will provide benefit information, policy guidance, and assistance to travelers, financial institutions, and retail clients. The work includes managing high-volume interactions and non-medical assistance cases.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle approximately 40–50 customer calls daily
- Answer inquiries by phone and email bilingually
- Open and manage non-medical assistance cases
- Explain coverage, limitations, and available services
- Maintain accurate case documentation and customer records
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English
- At least one year of related customer service experience
- Strong verbal, written, troubleshooting, and critical-thinking skills
- Professional, empathetic, customer-focused demeanor
- Reliable work-from-home setup and training availability
