- Provide best-in-class customer support to clients' customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Work from home until further notice with a flexible 4x12 shift schedule.
- Respond to customer queries and create tickets for every interaction.
- Record all interactions and escalate issues to other departments when needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and perform annotation or basic QA tasks during downtime.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent English communication skills and good phone etiquette.
- Experience with Zendesk is a nice to have; amenable to any shift including weekends.
