Position Overview

Customer Service Representative – remote, work‑from‑home, hourly position based in Glendale, Arizona.

Must reside within a 60‑mile radius of Glendale, Arizona. Designated quiet home workspace and wired internet connection with minimum 10

• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Provide top‑tier support and service to customers during their lease‑to‑own experience.

• Customer service and prior collections experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer and typing literacy, ability to work with multiple software applications simultaneously.
• Phone experience in a call‑center environment.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; must be 18years or older.

• Located within 60‑mile radius of Glendale, AZ.

• Hourly pay: $17.00 per hour.

• Virtual training: 4 weeks, Monday‑Friday, 7:30AM–4:00PM; 100% attendance required.
• Full‑time shifts: weekdays 10:30AM–7:00PM.
• Saturdays and/or Sundays: 9:30AM–6:00PM.
