Reef is seeking a highly organized Customer Support & Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day client experience and the agency’s operational backbone. You will host live classes, respond to emails and DMs, and manage inbound leads across a portfolio of premium clients.
You’ll build systems and workflows, knowing each client’s business and tools well enough to operate as if you were staff. This is a remote, high-touch role requiring 60 hours weekly and Manila-time availability.
