• Gather and document customer claim details accurately
• Provide immediate support and reassurance to policyholders
• Route claims to appropriate insurance providers
• Support customers across Canada during critical moments
• Work scheduled evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays

• One to two years of customer service experience
• Excellent verbal, written, and active listening skills
• Comfort using technology and learning software platforms
