Skyline Booking is seeking a reliable virtual assistant to support customers with flight and tour bookings. This is a fully remote position with flexible hours during US business hours.. .
** Responsibilities**.
- Respond to customer enquiries about flights and tour packages by email and chat..
- Follow up with customers who have requested a quote but have not yet booked..
- Enter booking and passenger details accurately into internal systems and spreadsheets..
- Send booking confirmations and answer questions about dates and prices..
- Keep tour departure calendars and deadlines up to date.. .
** Requirements**.
- Based in the United States and authorized to work there..
- Clear, friendly written English and prompt communication..
- Comfortable using email, Google Sheets, and messaging applications..
- Highly organized and accurate when handling names, dates, and numbers..
- Travel, ticketing, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required.. .
Experience: Not required
Languages: English – Advanced
Employment: Full-time
Salary: $25 – $35 hourly
