Key Responsibilities- Communicate with clients to learn about their travel preferences, interests, and budgets
- Plan and organize customized travel experiences, including flights, accommodations, excursions, and dining
- Handle bookings, reservation changes, and cancellations with accuracy and attention to detail
- Offer recommendations on destinations, travel options, and available promotions
- Assist clients throughout the entire travel process, from the initial planning stages to their return home
- Keep up with industry trends, supplier updates, and new travel opportunities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new tools and platforms (training provided)
- Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required
