Client Planning Advisor

We're looking for organized, client-focused individuals to help travelers explore destinations, compare options, and build well-planned trips.

As a Client Destination Planning Advisor
, you'll work with clients to understand their preferences, research suitable destinations and experiences, and help coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, reservations, and itinerary details.

Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Learn client preferences, dates, and travel priorities
• Research destinations and available options
• Compare accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Assist with reservations and confirmations
• Organize itinerary and scheduling details
• Provide updates and follow up on pending items
• Help with changes or special requests
• Maintain accurate client records

• Strong communication and organization skills
• Good attention to detail
• Comfort researching and comparing options
• Reliable follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple client requests
• Comfort working independently
• Familiarity with email and online systems
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes

Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, planning, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
