GTSC is hiring for a Call Center Representative in Arlington, VA area. This is a 100% virtual role requiring residence within 60 minutes of a VA facility for training and occasional visits. The position demands empathy, excellent communication, and at least six months in a call center.
It is a 40-hour week with benefits and $17.75/hour pay. Candidates must have wired home internet (25 Mbps down, 10 Mbps up) and be a US citizen or Green Card holder eligible to work in the United States.
