This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about technology and enjoy helping others. As a Helpdesk Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our Danish-speaking clients by resolving their technical queries and ensuring a seamless experience.

• Deliver high-quality helpdesk support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot various technical issues related to software, hardware, and applications.
• Accurately record all customer interactions and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
• Guide clients on optimal product usage while sharing knowledge of features and benefits.
• Work collaboratively with team members to elevate complicated issues as needed.
• Follow up on tickets to ensure a prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Keep abreast of product developments and new technologies to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
• Experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with helpdesk software and ticketing systems.
