Challenge Unlimited is building a team of remote customer service representatives to support FHA-insured home loans. You will use a knowledge base and Salesforce to answer questions, resolve most calls on first contact, and escalate complex issues with complete notes.
Team members will work Monday–Friday, 8 hours per shift, within Eastern time. Pay is $23–$24 per hour, with benefits. Candidates should have strong English, call center experience, and the ability to pass federal background checks.
