Customer Support Specialist

BVS Performance Solutions, a nationwide bank and credit union training provider with more than 40 years in the industry, is growing and looking to add to our Customer Experience team.

We are seeking a highly motivated, AI savvy, relationship-focused individual with bank or credit union experience to join our team as Customer Support Specialist.

Our team is both proactive and reactive as we not only trouble-shoot/respond to daily requests but also reach out to provide telephone, video and email help in navigating tools and resources provided in their platform. We are, in essence, an additional member of their training staff.

• Field and respond to inbound calls and emails
• Coordinate/handle system training sessions
• Execute on specific projects using BVS tools and AI driven processes
• Provide technical support assistance

• Minimum 3 years bank or credit union experience.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Master of organization and multi-tasking
• Excellent communication skills, written, oral and interpersonal.
• Proven ability to work with AI

• Self-motivated, excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Team-player and skilled in working within a collaborative environment
• Positive attitude with coachable personality
