Work From Home Customer Service Coordinator

We're looking for reliable, customer-focused individuals to support clients with questions, scheduling, reservations, and general service coordination from home.

As a Work From Home Customer Service Coordinator, you'll help keep communication clear, organize important details, and assist with planning needs involving confirmations, accommodations, transportation, activities, or itinerary information when applicable.

Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Respond to client questions and service requests
• Assist with scheduling, reservations, and confirmations
• Provide updates and follow up on pending items
• Maintain accurate client records
• Help organize planning and itinerary details
• Assist with routine changes or special requests

• Strong written and verbal communication

Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, scheduling, reservations, or administration can be helpful, but it is not required.
