Ollie is seeking a customer experience agent to join our Award Winning Canine Care team. This remote role requires you to live within about an hour of Salt Lake City, UT or Nashville, TN and to participate in quarterly in-person offsites.
You will represent the Ollie brand, deliver exceptional service across emails, calls, and order systems, and help build lasting relationships with pet parents. We value dogs-first empathy, clear communication, improvisation, and problem solving.
