• Run the “front door” for high-volume capacity request cases by reviewing incoming items, validating completeness, and ensuring accuracy.
• Triage, prioritize, and route cases to the right owner using documented procedures and a case tracking system.
• Resolve routine cases independently while escalating anything outside established procedures to the appropriate Microsoft owner.
• Support infrastructure/capacity-related escalation triage by checking IDs, SKUs, regions, and core counts for mismatches and data integrity issues.
• Maintain accurate records and budget trackers, update case status, and provide weekly metrics on volumes, backlog, and escalations.

• 2+ years of experience with ticketing/case management systems (Azure Dev Ops preferred; Service Now, Jira, or similar).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, and data reconciliation) to support budget trackers and weekly reporting.
• 1+ year of familiarity with Microsoft Azure fundamentals (compute, VM families/SKUs, regions); AZ-900 is a plus.
• Strong written communication for clear follow-up requests and concise escalation summaries.
• Experience working in operations coordination, service desk, or queue-based case management (target experience level: 2-4 years); an associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred/required per the request.
