Support Agent Tax Software Remote

Support tax software users by telephone and email from home, applying problem-solving skills and clear communication in this remote position.

This Support Agent role provides customer assistance for various tax software products. You will follow company policies and procedures when resolving common customer issues. The work also includes logging requests, identifying recurring problems, and participating in software quality control testing.

• Provide telephone and email support for tax software

• Minimum one year of relevant customer service experience
