Customer Service

Our client is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to help their customers by phone, email and live chat and to keep them informed about their orders. They are a small company serving customers mainly in the United States, and this role is the steady point of contact from a customer's first question to a delivered order. This is a full-time, 100% remote position, with Zendesk as the main daily tool.

• Handle customer calls, emails and live chat messages every day.
• Look up and track customer orders in Shopify and keep customers informed on their status.
• Manage support tickets in Zendesk every day, from first contact through to resolution.
• Keep customer notes current in Hub Spot when needed.
• Raise issues that need help from other teams and follow them until they are resolved.

• 3+ years of experience in customer support.
• Fluent English at a C1 level or higher, needed for phone calls with customers in the United States.
• Daily, hands-on experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify or a similar order system.
• Availability to work 8 AM to 4 PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday.

• A proactive go-getter who takes ownership of each customer question.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Spanish is a plus, to help customers in Mexico from time to time.
• Experience with live chat support is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• A reliable internet connection and a quiet space for calls.
• Full-time position.
• 100% remote.
• A steady Monday to Friday schedule, 8 AM to 4 PM Eastern Time.
• Direct work with a company and its customers in the United States.
