Support Farber clients remotely through empathetic communication, financial service guidance, and responsive assistance across multiple contact channels.
As a Client Service Representative, you will become the first point of contact for potential and existing clients. You will assess client needs, explain Farber’s services, and support inquiries about file status. Success requires client service and sales skills, independent work, and performance accountability.
Key Responsibilities:- Screen potential clients and assess whether Farber services fit
- Recommend services and book advisor appointments
- Respond to existing clients’ file status inquiries
- Document every contact in information systems
- Communicate through phone, email, webchat, and SMS
- College diploma
- Three years of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal, written, spelling, and grammar skills
- Strong listening and relationship management abilities
- Experience with MS Office and new software applications
