Remote Customer Service Specialist

Remote customer service specialists at Forge Fit use communication and problem-solving skills to support fitness equipment customers nationwide. This full-time role serves customers from order through installation.

Forge Fit supplies premium equipment to gyms, studios, and training facilities. As the customer service voice, you will handle orders, shipping questions, product details, and troubleshooting. You will also coordinate with fulfillment, sales, and service teams to resolve issues.

• Respond to inquiries through phone, email, and chat
• Assist with orders, shipping, products, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate across teams to resolve customer issues
• Record customer interactions accurately in CRM
• Follow up proactively and maintain product knowledge

• At least one year in customer service, support, or client-facing work
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to organize multiple priorities
• Comfort using CRM or support tools
• Interest in fitness or gym equipment is a plus
