Remote Energy Customer Service Representative

Serve Alberta energy customers remotely through phone, email, and live chat while applying analytical skills and sound judgment. Calgary proximity is required.

At ENMAX, Customer Service Representatives provide first-contact resolution for inquiries about bills, services, products, and new connections. This primarily remote role requires a private workspace and residence within 45 minutes of Calgary headquarters. You will explain account information clearly while balancing accuracy, quality, efficiency, and customer experience.

• Deliver professional service across phone, email, and live chat
• Resolve inquiries involving bills, products, services, and new connections
• Explain account details, policies, options, and processes clearly
• Escalate complex calls through support and escalation teams
• Recommend solutions matching identified customer needs

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• At least one year of customer service experience
• Analytical skills, good judgment, and customer sensitivity
• Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
• Flexible availability for rotational shifts and private workspace
